
Refund Policy
At Club Clásicos Costa Rica, we work to offer the best possible experience to our members and visitors. However, we understand that situations may arise where a cancellation or refund is required.
1. Events and activities
Participation in our events may require prior registration. In the event of an event cancellation by the club, a full refund or the payment may be used as credit for a future event.

If the participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must be notified at least 48 hours before the event to apply a partial refund (70%).

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
2. Products or memberships (if applicable)
For promotional products or memberships, refund requests will be accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in good condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer must cover return costs if applicable.

4. Processing time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on the payment method used.
